Here are steps you can follow to check the size of an image on both a PC and a mobile device:

**On a PC (Windows)**

1. Find the file you wish to check in the File Explorer.
2. Right-click the image and select "Properties."
3. In the "General" tab, look for the "Size" or "Size on disk" fields. The size will be displayed in KB or MB. 1MB is approximately 1024KB, and 10MB is approximately 10240KB. Check that your image falls within these limits.

**On a PC (Mac)**

1. Locate the image file in the Finder.
2. Right-click (or Ctrl-click) the file, then select "Get Info."
3. Look for the "Size" section. Like in Windows, size will be displayed in KB or MB. Make sure your file size is between 1MB and 10MB.

**On a Mobile Device (Android)**

1. Open the "My Files" or "File Manager" app.
2. Navigate to the location of the image.
3. Long press on the image file and then tap on "Details" or "Properties."
4. The size will be listed, usually in KB or MB.

**On a Mobile Device (iOS)**

1. Open the "Files" app (please note this is only available in iOS 11 and later).
2. Navigate to the image you want to check.
3. Long press on the image and tap "Get Info."
4. Under "Size," you'll find the size of the image in KB or MB.
