Inherent Conditions
Occasionally pets may develop problems from environmental and dietary changes that are often unavoidable in boarding environments. This facility cannot guarantee the health of any pet, but pledges to provide appropriate care to all boarders. Problems may include but does not limit to: weight loss or gain, rough fur coat or fur loss, kennel cough or upper respiratory infection, coughing or sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, fleas or ticks, parasites and self-trauma such as scratching, biting their skin or rubbing their nose raw from trying to bury their food. We take great care so that these problems won’t occur and we treat our boarders promptly, if needed. However you agree to hold this facility harmless for these conditions can develop and understand that this facility is not financially responsible for these inherent conditions, if they do occur.
Personal Belongings
Leaving personal belongings, i.e.: toys, blankets, bedding, collars, leashes, etc., is allowed but discouraged due to sanitation and orderliness requirements. The facility is not responsible for lost, soiled, or damaged belongings.
Abandonment
Please notify us if there is any change of plans in your pet’s schedule departure date. If you the owner fail to pick up your pet(s) or do not notify us of a change in your pet’s departure date and either we do not hear from you or we are unable to contact you or your authorized agent and emergency contact within 10 days after your pet’s scheduled departure date, this facility will consider your pet(s) abandoned according to the animal abandonment laws in the state of Texas and will be handled in accordance with the state law. Please be advised that you the pet’s owner will be responsible for the fees accrued during boarding and any other fees or legal services incurred by this facility as a result of the abandonment.
