Young Creative Writers Empowerment is a programme implemented by Unity and Cultural Diversity Council (UCDC) in 2019 with the aim of developing young aspiring and creative writers in the province of Limpopo. The participants of the programme are granted an opportunity to attend literature workshops and use the knowledge gained through the workshop with available and provided resources, to write manuscripts which will be reviewed and edited by professionals. The manuscripts will then be turned into professional artwork and get published. The programme is facilitated by professional educators and authors from the province of Limpopo and proudly funded by National Arts Council of South Africa (NACSA).
