  • Primary Contact

    Each company must designate one primary contact. A primary contact is both administrator for their membership account and also the main public point of contact for anyone using our directory (see Public Contact relationship type below if you want to designate a different person to be the public point of contact). The primary contact will receive all information from the TCA including membership renewals, certification renewals (if applicable), important member announcements and alerts, etc. In the absence of a designated billing contact, the primary contact will serve in that role as well.
  • Public Contact

    Each member company may only have one public contact. This person will have access to edit your public company profile.
  • Billing Contact

    Who is your AP/AR staff member or accountant?  Each company may assign one billing contact. If no billing contact is assigned, the primary contact will assume this role.
  • Marketing Contact

    Who handles your public relations and promotional efforts?
