*Fees once paid are non refundable
*The association has the rights to choose the mode of service delivery , wether its a consultation or a direct assistance.
*The consultation outcomes can vary according to the informations provided by your side
*The volunteers team will provide these services not as specialists but as experienced individuals and they will do their best to benefit you.
*There is no guarantee on the results.
*The volunteer who will provide you the service is not responsible in case you did not benefit from it or you encountered any damages/loss upon receiving the service.
*The association has a limited role ,it will do its best to help you / the animal , but its not responsible for your expectations or results bound to different factors / circumstances out of the associations authorities / control.
*The association has the right to withdraw or incomplete the service in case it comes to its judgement any contradiction with its ethics / common ethics or the UAE law for animal welfare with or without providing reasons / justifications.
submitting unclear request / letter may result in delay of receiving the service
the association has the right to request any extra fees for a request / issue that will need an extended time / further procedure or extra services .
*The association has the right to request for extra fees if a third party services are needed .
*Its possible to have a minor delay in response / services despite the fees paid for urgent request
