For our out-of-town families, delivery is available for an added fee. Transporting a puppy typically costs between $1.50 to $2.00 per mile for ground transportation. Will you need transportation services for your new puppy?

Puppy Selections Will Be Based On The Order Applications & Holding Fees Were Received. Available Puppies Will Not Be Held Without A Completed Application & Holding Fee.

Puppies That Have Been Reserved Will Have Updated Pictures Sent To Their New Owners Every 2 - 3 Weeks.

All Puppies Being Shipped Must Be Paid For In Full Plus Any & All Shipping Expenses By 6 Weeks Of Age. A 4% Fee Will Be Added To All Electronic Payments Made. All Puppies Being Picked Up In Person Must Be Paid For (a) 3 Days Before Pickup If Paying Electronically or (b) In Cash At Pickup.

Please Note That Any & All Holding Fees, Deposits & Puppy Payments Made To Carolina Poodle Palace Are Non-Refundable Except For The Following Reasons And Only These Two Reasons: (1.) Serious Illness Of A Selected Puppy That Prevents Him Or Her From Being Placed or (2.) Death Of A Selected Puppy Prior To Pickup.
