To ensure that we are able to complete your graphics to the best of our abilities please consider the following when selecting your completion date:
Please note: if no revisions are recieved within 48 hours, the project will be marked as complete. Any revisions submitted after 48 hours will be handled on a case per case basis.
Please note: Graphics due on Friday's will not make it into that week's newsletter.

Flyer/Handout, Infographic, Game, Workshop, Presentation
*Please submit these materials in a new submission as soon as you can. The 6 day turnaround time is still in effect for the additional materials.*
Any posts that are submitted for specific holidays/ days of recognition are to be posted by the Hillel Ontario account and the graphics will be shared in the drive for anyone to use.
By filling out the following form you will become the designated "point person" responsible for all communications and coordination between any / all involved parties. You will also be MarComms primary person of contact for this project.

All budgets must be approved by Dan before submitting your MarComm request.
