Terms and Conditions: Thank you for choosing The Baker’s Lab! These terms and conditions serve as the contract between the customer and The Baker’s Lab. By agreeing to this contract, the customer understands the following terms and conditions. 1. Allergies are to be listed upon placing order. -All goods may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens. -It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information. 2.A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time invoice is received. -Within 24 hours of order placement, an invoice will be issued. When invoice is received a 50%non refundable deposit is due. In the case of the customer not accepting the finished product, the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. The Customer can choose to pay the remainder and take the Product(s), or leave them at no extra cost. 3.Order must be paid in full 24 hours before pickup. -The remainder of a balance is due 24 hours before pickup date, orders not paid in full within the timeframe in which they are due will not be completed. 4.Changes will not be accepted 10 days upon order pickup. -Any changes to this order must be made no later than ten (10) business days prior to pickup. -Quotes are valid for 24 after receiving invoice. -Any changes requested after the signing of this contract cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. 5.All sales are final. -It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the Customer is responsible to ensure that products gets to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality. 6.Rush Orders. -Short notice orders can be subject to rush fees 7.Refunds. -All sales are final and refunds are nonnegotiable. We will not offer refunds or exchanges forcustom products that meet our quality standards once a cake has been picked up/delivered and “Accepted” by you or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will The Baker’s Lab provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our possession. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered.
