    Custom decorated sugar cookies are a labour of love! I offer tiered pricing in order to create a set of cookies that are perfect for you. Pricing varies according to level of detail and time needed to create your custom set. 
    Each cookie is individually heat-sealed to keep them fresh and soft! Bows and ribbons are additional charges. 
    I do not recreate sets made by others, and do not offer character cookies at this time.

  • Custom Order Policy:

    Thank you so much for your custom cookie request!

    • Once I receive your request, you will hear back from me via e-mail on whether your request can be accommodated.
    • Upon confirmation of availability, payment is required within 48 hrs.
    • Payment can be made via e-transfer to hello@lilybellao.ca
    • Your order is confirmed and added to my calendar only upon receipt of your payment.
    • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 10 days (or more) before your desired pick-up/delivery date for a full refund. 
    • Cancellations  made 9-7 days before your event can have the payment moved to an order on an alternate date (subject to availability).
    • Full refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before your pick-up/delivery date.
    • A minimum of 2 weeks is required to place an order. However, availability is not guaranteed, so we suggest getting in touch as soon as possible. Spots do open up due to cancellations/rescheduling, so it doesn't hurt to ask.
    • If an order can be facilitated on shorter notice (4-6 days) an overtime fee of $25 is payable.
