By signing below you are attesting that all of the information you provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. You are also giving permission for us to contact your veterinarian, references, and landlord (if applicable). You are also agreeing that the cat or kitten you adopt must be returned to us at Purrfect Little Warriors in the event that you cannot keep them any longer. You will not be refunded if you decide to bring the cat back to us. You are also agreeing that if we find out after adoption has taken place, that the information on your application was false, we reserve the right to obtain the kitten back from you and no refund will be issued. Basically, don't lie, because we will find out the truth.
