    Membership downgrades: Change will occur at next renewal date, with lower amount charged

    Membership upgrades: You can request the change to be immediate, in which case you will be credited for any unused portion of the old membership type and then charged the balance of the annual fee.

    Swap between plans of same cost: As a rule, membership change will be applied at time of next renewal. If you require the change to be effective immedately, this can be requested below - and iTandCoffee will confirm feasibility and pro-rated cost of this change before applying the change.
