Policies
1- Makeup Policy: Please clean your lashes before coming to your appointment, eye makeup-free, this means no mascara, eyeliner, or eye shadow. We will charge an extra fee of $20 to spend time cleaning your lashes.
2- Lash Fill Policy: Refills for eyelash extensions are required approximately every 2-3 weeks depending on the natural lash cycle and proper care. A refill scheduled over 4 weeks from the previous appointment will need to be rescheduled as a full set. Also in order to qualify for a refill, you must have a MINIMUM of 50% of your lashes remaining. If you have under 40% lashes remaining a new full set will be charged.
3- No REFUND POLICY: You are paying for the time, products, and other expenses used to provide you with a service; No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. You pay for the time spent and the products used on your lashes. If you are unsatisfied with the lashes please communicate at the time of your appointment for the concern to be addressed. Malika Lash Studio will make every effort to satisfy a client’s lash wishes and troubleshoot after-care dilemmas diligently.
4- Allergy Policy: when you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge. If you have concerns with your lashes please be vocal at your appointment.
5- CANCELLATIONS policy, cancelations require 24 hours notice if you have to cancel an appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment on the same day, you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $40. Also, cancellations are accepted by phone or email, or in person.
6- DEPOSIT policy, a $25 deposit is required to book your appointment. The deposit e-transfer email is malikalashstudio@gmail.com
This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE and must be paid as soon as the appointment is booked to confirm the appointment. If payment is not received the booking request will be declined. The value of this booking fee will be removed from the balance due at the time of service. If you have any questions about the booking fee please contact.
7- Late Policy: If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.
8- No Show Policy: We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at the time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.
9- CREDIT CARDS: Square will require a card to hold your appointment. This is not your deposit. Your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED. It holds your card info so it can be charged a cancellation fee if necessary. By agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize Malika Lash Studio to charge your credit card on file per the cancellation policy.
10- COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH-UPS: We know that eyelash extensions are a change for many new clients. If you are unhappy with your eyelash extensions for any reason, please contact Malika Lash Studio within 48 hours of your appointment time. A one-time complimentary touch-up will be offered scheduled to address your concerns and freshen up your lashes.
11: Minors: your parent or legal guardian must be present and sign our consent form prior to application.
12: Payment: The two most preferred ways of payments are CASH and E-Transfer.
You also can choose to pre-pay with your credit card when booking your appointment which will include the service price plus the square fee.
