At Waterlillie Clark, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, professional gardening and landscaping services with clear communication from start to finish.

As a busy and growing business, we do operate with waiting times. Currently, most garden maintenance, planting and general garden works are being scheduled approximately 3–4 weeks from quote acceptance.

Landscaping, fencing, construction and design projects are subject to a longer waiting list and are currently being scheduled from September onwards. Timescales will vary depending on the scope of works, material lead times and weather conditions.

Please note that waiting times begin from the date a quotation is formally accepted, not from the date of the initial enquiry or site visit.

To help us provide the best possible service, all enquiries should be submitted via our online enquiry form. This allows us to gather the information we need, remain organised and ensure every prospective client receives the time and attention they deserve. Supporting photographs can also be emailed to office@waterlillieclark.co.uk.

Once we receive your enquiry, we'll arrange a site visit where appropriate. Following this, a detailed quotation will be prepared by our Managing Director, Luke, typically within one week of the visit.

As a business that invests significant time into surveys, planning, quotations and advice, we do ask clients to respect our time throughout the process. Even if you decide not to proceed, a simple "no thank you" is always appreciated.

• We rarely provide discounts and instead focus on delivering excellent value and quality workmanship
• Weather conditions can occasionally affect schedules and completion dates
• Quotations remain subject to our availability at the time of acceptance

Are you aware of any internet/phone/other cables or services in your garden?

Our initial appointments are brief, lasting 10-15 minutes. For landscaping, construction, and design projects, this first meeting is about getting to know you, viewing your garden, and discussing your vision. After which, we'll set up a follow-up to take measurements and send you a design questionnaire to ensure we align with your plans and imagination.

Work requirements:

For example – Regular maintenance visits, pruning of shrubs and hedges, lawn care, weeding of borders, seasonal planting. Medium-sized garden with good access and parking. Ideally looking to start within the next few weeks.

Our quote visits are currently flexible and we can fit appointments in around you and our schedule. Our next quoting day is Wednesday 1st July and then most Wednesdays after that. Alternatively, please write your preferred date or day below, and we'll confirm with you as soon as possible. For landscaping projects, we may schedule a second visit for detailed planning.
