  • We have to utilize the space we have to the best of our ability.

    When you arrive, check with Tommy Smithhart 432-741-0866 for your cook spot. 

    There will not be any picking or choosing spots. We will fill up cook spots in the order that you arrive.

    Cooks with longer trailers or RV's, we have a certain area for those. Check with Tommy before parking.

    We will have a designated area for cook vehicle parking as well.

    Turn in area door will be the door located under the covered patio area beside the alcohol vendor area.

    Set up time is after 10 am on Friday, September 18th!

    Also, I have an opportunity for free raffle tickets.

     If you have other individuals who can come volunteer to help out at our event, I will give you and each person that volunteers 4 free raffle tickets each. 

    Please have them email me at smithhartfoundation@gmail. com to sign up and find out volunteer schedule times.

    Make sure that they mention in the email that you referred them.

                Chicken: Enough for 6 judges. No pulled or shredded. No garnish allowed. Foil provided by CBA must be placed unfolded at the bottom of the tray. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pork Ribs: enough for 6 judges is required (only St. Louis Cut or Baby Back Ribs are allowed). Must be bone in, individually cut. No garnish allowed.
