If you wish to register a team but only pay for yourself at this time, please select individual registration and pay your $200 entry fee today. Just be sure to provide us with a name for your team that your other team members can use!

If you have more than one individual to register, please complete this registration form separately for each person and pay the $200 entry fee for each player individually.

This form is only to register individuals who will be playing in our golf tournament on August 27, 2026.

To help process credit card transactions for this event, the KU School of Health Professions has partnered with the LAUGHH Foundation. PayPal is used to handle the transaction and your statement will show at payment to PayPal/LAUGHH. 100% of funds received will be transferred to the University of Kansas.
