TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO CUSTOM/COMPLEX ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN if the order fill date is less than 14 days

-If the order is placed less than 14 days, you will/may be responsible for a $25 late fee charge added to your total.

*SheaBeeCakes LLC has the right to refuse any order.

DELIVERY:

A delivery fee will apply of the address exceeds 5 miles from our home location.

The Delivery Fee: Starts at $25 and applies to Meet-ups outside of Lewisville city limits, not to exceed $200 or 75 miles

-There are NO REFUNDs

DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit must be made at the time the order has been approved. Remaining balance will be paid via INVOICE.

CREDIT CARD may be mandatory, to hold against any orders that are not paid in full/have balances pending over $200.
