Cancelation Policy*

If you cannot keep the scheduled appointment, you must cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. If the appointment is canceled within 48 hours another deposit will be required to reschedule.

I understand this deposit is non-refundable, and it is required to schedule the mobile Live Scan fingerprinting appointment. We will collect all other payments at the appointment unless other arrangements have been made.
