EO Melbourne — 'GOAT Year' Survey

The EO Melbourne Board are proud to launch the EO Melbourne 'GOAT Year' Survey. GOAT stands for 'Greatest Of All Time' and that's what we're aiming for as a board. We are determined to make this your best year in EO.

To do that, we need to know what we're doing well, as well as areas that we can improve on as a chapter. As such, we ask you to please complete this 5 minute survey.

To sweeten the deal, if you complete this survey, and everyone in your forum does as well, you will automatically go into the draw to win $500 for your forum.

We ask for your name and email in order to help track which forums are eligible for the $500 prize. You can be assured that your responses will be treated confidentially — 'forum rules'. However, if you'd prefer for your response to be anonymous, you can leave these fields blank. However, you must indicate which forum you are in so we can count whether all members in a forum have completed the survey.
