By signing this form you have understood and agreed to the TravelManagers Australia Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, and acknowledge that all of the information provided is true and correct.
In addition, you acknowledge that you are aware of the following:
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
A valid passport is required to travel internationally and must have at least 6 months validity beyond the dates of your visit. If you are travelling on a passport other than an Australian one, please advise our office immediately as there may be special requirements we need to discuss. In addition to a valid passport, many countries require a visa to enter or transit their country. Please refer to the Smart Traveller website for more information.
SMART TRAVELLER
Please check the Smart Traveller website for current travel information and advice.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended that all travellers purchase travel insurance to provide appropriate coverage for unforeseen circumstances, accident and illness. Without travel insurance any costs incurred are the responsibility of the traveller; the Australian Government will not assist in paying for your medical bills overseas. If you decline travel insurance you will be required to complete a disclaimer.
INDEPENDENT BOOKINGS
TravelManagers accepts no responsibility for any loss, cost or expense that is incurred by the customer for any booking they have made independently from their personal travel manager.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE PENALTIES
In the event of a cancellation - whether voluntary or involuntary - 100% of the Travel Management Package paid is non-refundable. Additional fees will also apply, and service providers may also impose other fees according to their booking conditions.
Any changes made to a confirmed itinerary - after you have accepted it - will attract an amendment fee. These fees are in addition to any fees imposed by service providers. Refer to the Travel Management Fee page on my website for more information.
HEALTH ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Certain countries and suppliers require that travellers be vaccinated against specific infection (including but not limited to COVID vaccinations) and/or diseases. TravelManagers strongly recommends that you check with your doctor and the embassies of countries to which you are travelling to with respect to any health and documentation requirements.
