Charges will be covered by KMCCoverage of medical exam: basic laboratory test (Chest X-ray, Urinalysis, Complete Blood Count), physical exam, and a random drug test. No need to bring stool sample. Fasting is not requiredPlease note that all patients with confirmed appointments will be attended on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.Minimum health standards shall be strictly observed within the clinic’s premises.Please bring a valid ID and a BLACK PEN as well along with the printed PEME slip.Please fill out the Aventus Health Declaration Form then proceed to the clinic at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment schedule.Kindly bring your COVID 19 Vaccination card with you just incase the building guard will ask for it.Only reschedule if you receive an email that your preferred appointment is not available.
