I. INTRODUCTION
This contract was made on {dateContract} (Date). This contract is between the {name} (Ambassador) and Wildfang (Advertiser).

II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The advertiser and the Ambassador acknowledge the terms of this Contract and will comply.

III. TERMS
This contract will begin on {dateContract} and will last as long as the Influencer is part of our Ambassador Program.

IV. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
A. The Ambassador will create content that integrates the Advertiser in a meaningful way.

B. As a member of our Ambassador Program, you will post at least 1 IG Post and 1 IG Story for every Drop you receive. A Drop is defined as a shipment of free products, directly link with the activities of the Ambassador Program.

C. The content should be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used and the content guideline.

D. Ambassador asserts any content created as part of this program is original and owned by Ambassador.

V. USAGE RIGHTS

Ambassador will retain all copyright ownership of the uploaded media. Both parties have rights to use uploaded media on their respective paid and organic marketing channels. The Advertiser is restricted from using the uploaded material in any way that would disparage the Ambassador or violate any law.

VI. AMENDMENT
This contract can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties (Advertiser and Ambassador).

VII. GOVERNING LAW
This contract shall be governed under the laws of the state in which resides the Ambassador (State/Country).
