The Employee Retention Credit is a cash refund from the IRS for eligible wages paid to W2 employees during eligible quarters.
In 2020 employers can receive a credit of 50% of qualified payroll expenses for a maximum of $5,000 per employee for the year. In 2021 employers can receive a credit of 70% of qualified payroll expenses for a maximum of $7,000 per employee per quarter.
The first thing we need to do is to determine your eligibility. We need a little information from you and then we can determine exactly which quarters you will be eligible to receive the credits.
