Please be advised that if the property that you are purchasing is governed by a Homeowner's Association or a Condominium Association, it is imperative that you begin the application process with them as soon as possible. There are sometimes more than one association to apply to depending on the community. This is very important as the process can take time and can hold up closing if not started right away. Also, if you are obtaining financing for the purchase, we will do our best to obtain a prior survey from the seller but if one is not available, we must order one for the lender on your behalf.
