Your pet is important to us!

 

   Because we care about your pet's safety and well being, we want to assure you that every effort will made to make your pet's visit as pleasant as possible. 

 

   Cats are creatures of habit and when exposed to a new environment they can experience elevated stress levels. In the event that your cat is too stressed to safely continue the groom, all procedures will stop and you will be notified immediately.

 

    Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming. 

 

   In the best interest of you pet, we request your permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment should it become necessary. 

 

   I hearby grant permission to Alta Vista Boarding and Grooming to obtain emergency veterinary treatment for my pet at my expense. Also, realizing that cats have a greater chance of injury during grooming, I will not hold this grooming establishment responsible for accident or injury to my pet.
