Booking, Cancellation and Attendance

• As a condition to booking a course, workshop or intensive (an 'Event'), you agree to submit your details requested on this form. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone aside from the teacher(s) at the Event.

 

• Payment: This Event is offered free of charge!

 

• Cancellation:
  • If you need to cancel your attendance at this Event, you agree to advise us as soon as possible. It is essential that we have an accurate headcount so that we may properly set up the studios for you.
  
  
  • We reserve the right to cancel an Event for any reason, though we will endeavour only to do so in the event of exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the Event as advertised, or if there are, in our opinion, insufficient numbers booked onto the Event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen, we will notify you promptly and will refund you the full £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of the Event. We will not, however, be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the Event, for example in respect of travel, accommodation or any exchange rate losses.

 

Release of Liability 

By booking to attend an Event, you agree that:

• Molly MacCann Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings during your participation in the Event;

 

• it is your responsibility to inform the teacher(s) of the Event if you have any injuries or health conditions and to abide by their decision as to whether all or any part of that Event is appropriate for you;

 

• neither you nor your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claim of any kind against Molly MacCann Yoga, its employees or agents, or against the teacher(s) of the Event in respect of any loss or damage which you may suffer or incur or as a result of attending that Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, save only to the extent that liability in respect of such loss or damage may not be excluded or limited by law.

 

• We do NOT accept any liability for: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control, participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday, loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
