Once your order form has been submitted, you will receive an invoice via email. I require full payment to confirm your order, due upon receipt of invoice. Your order will only be confirmed once your invoice has been paid.
Refunds/Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order 14 days or more from your event, a 50% refund will be provided. If your cancellation is made 13 days or less from your event I cannot issue a refund.
