To secure the quoted price, most vendors require a deposit or sometimes full payment at the time of price quote, being "Deposit Ready" at the time of the priced quote is very important. After the vacation quote has been agreed upon, all payment information will be required to process payment to the vendor.
Group travel - Everyone MUST pay the deposit together.
Once prices are confirmed and you are ready to proceed with the booking, a Credit Card AUthorization will be sent requesting authorization to process payment. Receipts will be provided for each payment given.
Cancellation Policy of Trip
If you need to cancel your trip for ANY reason there will be an invoice sent to you from WIlson Wanderlust, for a cancellation fee of $50.00 per booking, which needs to be paid before your trip is cancelled, for groups of 10 or more the cancellation fee is $75.00 per booking.
