    All events with an expected attendance of 1000 or more must have a Waste Minimisation Plan. We will ask to see your plan as part of your application assessment.

  • Declaration

  • Personal information provided to Hutt City Council (‘Council’), may be held, used and disclosed by Council to enable Council to communicate with you for Council purposes. I understand and agree that as this is a public fund, if this application is successful the personal details provided will be made public.

    Any unspent funds will be returned to Hutt City Council. Grant monies will only be used for the purpose for which quotes were supplied and the grant approved.
