Due to the fact that designers doesn’t like there garment to smell cigarette , you also know and understand agree that if you consumed a any drugs /alcohol before the event we won’t allow you to come to our show we will ask you to leave immediately ,you understand you are not guaranteed any specific amount of photos back from this event. You are ONLY submitting this form because you have paid Registration for workshop ,being a represented model we are giving you access to the runway event , it means designer will cast you to walk in the runway and showcase her design ,We ask all our models to be on time by signing up for workshops there’s is NO refunds for any reasons what so ever. This is a very strict policy. Once you apply you may not back out of the show. You also agree to release the rights of the photos you submit to be used by , Star Dreamers Productions LLC and the Producer of the show to be use in marketing and advertising on social media and print and also uploaded to our website. You are also signing this form saying that you recognize all photos from the event will be released to be used for public media relations and advertisement purposes including social media. You are also signing this as a waiver saying you recognize that if anything is things that are lost, damaged, or stolen any accident from traveling before and after death while at this event, Star Dreamers Productions LLC and it’s staff and the producer director , show producer and it's associates and staff are NOT liable .You understand that you are to take FULL financial responsibility of your child if traveling with a minor if anything is lost, damaged, or stolen during the event or accidents death ,If you are LATE for any event you will not be able to participate and will not be given back a refund.
