    Travel & Tax Statment

    Once received,  D.O.P.E. DSW  will review and respond to the submitted information within 5 business days.  In instances of presentations that require overnight travel, and when the consultant services inquiry definitions & requests are agreed upon and accepted, a contract link will be sent for your organization's review & signature.  For events providing an honorarium, a business tax information e-mail will be sent to your organization with specific information for D.O.P.E. DSW
