I'm troubled in my transition. I am in or on the brink of a major transition. I need to decide what is the best thing to do and I don't feel clear in my mind. When I'm clear, I am decisive and this doesn't feel clear. Something is off but I don't what that something is.
I'm challenged by change. I recently made a BIG change and it's been challenging. I thought we had a great change management plan but the aftermath has been a mess. The plan didn't go as expected and I am not sure what to do about it.
I'm stagnant and stumped. Things were working like clockwork and now they're not. The things we'd normally do to fix things aren't working and I don't know what to do.
