  • Priceless Hot Toys , herein after referred to as PHT, is an organization, operating with the sole purpose of promoting good, clean, and safe riding activities.Each member participates in activities solely by choice and participation itself relinquishes any responsibility of the PHT as an organization for any and all liabilities resulting in participation in any club related event or activity. All activities and events must comply with any and all state or local laws and ordinances. Any personal injury or property damage resulting during a club activity or at any time, becomes the responsibility of the individual parties involved, and at no time shall the PHT or its committee be held liable. Any individual involved in any illegal activities will be immediately scrutinized by Admins and subject to immediate removal from all club rosters and membership roles and forbidden to claim any and all assosiated with PHT.

    PHT reserves the right to accept or reject members and to periodically,
    and without notice, revise or amend rules and regulations where necessary.
    PHT CLUB is for everyone either you have any bike from 125cc to 1000cc, who love to ride with a club.

    The Registration fee is ₹300 which is one time fee to become a part of #priceless family.

    PHT activities are discussed,organised and informed through social networking app called Whatsapp.

    We do have members all over Jharkhand and now we are expanding our wings to all over India.

    PHT strictly meant for Ride related discussion, Motorcycle related or ride related enquiries. We always request our members to follow code of conduct in simplified manner which are mentioned below.

     

     

     

    1.Politics,Sexual content related posts are strictly banned in our club.

    2.Please do not discuss any religious as well as Political matter, as there are several schools of thoughts being followed by our members with due respects to all.

    3.Don't promote any organisation, political or non political in the club.

    4.Announcement of event of other groups or club needs approval from the President before circulation.

    5.Do not advertise any business on this moto club without approval from Admins.

    6.Mutual respect is needed during discussions. Respects everybody's view points even if not aligned with ones views. Kindly address your fellow PHT members with respect.

    7.Healthy discussion over Motorcycles is entertained. Kindly avoid topics that hurt other riders feelings.

    8.We would start taking the following actions on the offending incidents:

    - 1st time offenders will be warned.

    - Subsequent offenders will be removed and added back with a delay.

    - Repeat offenders will be removed permanently.

  • Group Riding Responsibilities

    Group Riding ResponsibilitiesWill observe the objectives and guidelines in order to assure the safety and the welfare of every individual within the group, and any surrounding motorists or pedestrians.Will follow the instructions of the Crew in all situations, unless those instructions place the rider or any other individual in an unsafe situation.  Will maintain their motorcycle and other equipment in a safe riding condition. Will ride with headlights onWill ride with a "safety first" attitude. The safety of all individuals, whether or not they are a part of the group, is of paramount importance. Will ride with a helmet where the state law requires a helmetEach individual rider is 100% responsible for:Safely operating their vehicle in accordance with all applicable State and local laws.Making sure that they and their vehicle are un-impaired, and are currently functioning safely.PHT does not condone drinking and riding. Anyone participating in a PHT ride or event who consumes alcoholic beverages or any other substance that may impair their ability to operate a motorcycle or any other motor vehicle does so without the consent of PHT. Everyone that participates in a PHT ride or event must follow the laws regarding driving under the influence set forth by the state within which that ride or event will take place. PHT Club requires all members to follow and observe all State and Local Laws while participating in a Event.  PHT does not condone any illegal activities or practices while riding in or holding an event or ride including but not limited to parading and road blocking. Whenever possible, event or ride organizers will coordinate with their local law enforcement or department of transportation for their assistance in the road blocking for large processions.PHT may dismiss anyone participating in a PHT ride or event if they are impaired or are endangering the safety of ride participants. Ultimately it is the individual’s responsibility to maintain themselves in a safe and lawful manner.

  • Membership Rules

    1. Helmet is a must for both rider and pillion.
    2. Rear View Mirrors (RVM) for motorcycle is mandatory.
    3. Jackets,Gloves and Shoes to protect you from any fall.
    4. Strictly follow group riding,it means we follow certain level of riding skills and self discipline.It also restricts the riders from number of stoppages and be within speed limits.
    5. Always ride in a group as we appreciate riders to ride in a group unless there is any emergency or nature's call.
    6. We will be riding in a formation all the way.Formation will be decided by crew based on road conditions and riders are used to follow the same without fail.
    7. Always keep safer distance from the rider ahead of you (approx 20m).
    8. Follow road safety rules.
    9. Use Hand Signalling to guide the rider behind you and also relay the signals which is given to you by the rider ahead of you.
    10. Keep an eye on your mirror to check the rider behind you.
    11. Carry all the documents including DL,RC,Insurance etc.
    12. Check and maintain tyre air pressure before every rides.
    13. Carry Cash to meet any unforeseen eventualities.
    14. No drink and drive.
    15. Riders are restricted from carrying all kind of illegal items like drugs,alcohol etc.
    16. Riders with medical condition should inform the crew earlier for hassle free ride.
    17. Double check bike conditions before every ride.
