AUTHORIZATION FOR BACKGROUND CHECK

I, {whatIs}, authorize GPI Defense to investigate my background and qualifications for purposes of evaluating whether I am qualified for the position for which I am applying.

I understand that GPI Defense will utilize an outside firm or firms to assist it in checking such information, and I specifically authorize such an investigation by information services and outside entities of the company's choice. I also understand that I may withhold my permission and that in such case, no investigation will be done, and I withdraw my intent to work with GPI Defense any further.

I understand that I will be notified from GPI Defense prior to the background check being ran and will receive a link in my provided email. I agree to complete (in its entirety) the requested information both from GPI Defense and any outside agency. I understand that when the check is completed, the results will become a permanent part of my employee file.

I understand that by clicking NEXT and continuing forward with this pre-app, I will be asked to provide my Social Security number, date of birth, place of birth, and driver's license number so that a background check can be completed.
