*A fence may be installed at 6.5-feet after 15-feet setback from property line. Fence must not extend past property lines.
Please attach your concept drawing, including a site plan drawing of the property in which the fence will be built. Include all sidewalks, alleys, and existing structures on this lot. Please include the dimensions of the fence and existing structures. This drawing will allow City staff to familiarize themselves with your concept before approving your permit.
