iConsult Project Work Arrangements:* This field is required.I understand that iConsult Project Consultants and Project Leaders are unpaid, that work delivered to iConsult clients is provided at no charge, and that all intellectual property I develop in the course of my project work remains the property of the client unless otherwise arranged. If I am asking for internship credit for the work I do on a project, I understand that I will be paying standard tuition fees for any credits filed in my degree program. I agree to not share the client's information with anyone outside of the project team. If I am an international student, I understand that I do not need to file CPT credits for iConsult project work unless it is part of a formal internship arrangement for my degree program.

Participation Commitment:* This field is required.By submitting this application to iConsult, I agree to honor my commitment to my clients, my iConsult Program Manager and fellow teammates, to follow iConsult procedures, and to perform the project duties that I say I will perform for the project to which I am assigned. I understand that these procedures also require me to represent my project role with iConsult on my resume and other professional profiles accurately and only as the title/role has been officially assigned to me unless another description has been approved in writing by the iConsult Director. I understand that if I fail to follow iConsult procedures, or fail to honor my promises regarding project work and the above commitments, I may be removed from the project team, I may not be eligible for future work with iConsult, and I may not receive official digital validation of my work with iConsult that I can present to potential employers.
