1. In order to reserve your date, Dapper & Dashin’ Salon and Shop must receive a 25% deposit of your total service amount due if the wedding party is being paid for by one individual. If each individual in a party is paying separately, the bride's services must be paid in full before reserving any services. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to service date.

2. A deposit is required prior to booking any services, but will go towards your total amount due. A card on file is required in order to make a deposit. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. All changes must be made either by phone or in person at the salon with our Wedding Coordinator. No changes can be made via voicemail or email.

4. Reservations WILL be cancelled if total payment is not received by the due date, 30 days prior to the event service date.

5. If a party is over a half hour late for their appointment without making contact, it will be assumed that the reservation is cancelled and the client forfeits all deposits/payments made to Dapper & Dashin’ Salon and Shop.

6. If the party is late to the scheduled time and makes contact, the Salon may or may not be able to accommodate the time changes. If services cannot be fulfilled due to time limitations, fulfilled payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

7. Any changes to the amount of services needed must be confirmed 30 days before service date. Dapper & Dashin’ Salon and Shop cannot guarantee services for a number of people that are higher than the agreed amount 30 days before service date.

8. If services are not cancelled 30 days prior, the client will be liable for payment of that entire service. If no payment is made, the card on file will be charged for that entire service on the due date.

9. Dapper & Dashin' Salon and Shop does not currently offer onsite services for weddings / special occasions without prior aproval from the wedding coordinator. All services that take place off-site on location will be subject to a travel fee that is due with the deposit at time of booking and reservation. All on-site services will take place in house at 3010 Scott Boulevard Suite 102, Temple, TX 76504 unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.
