    2. **Operating Hours**: The HR 911 tool is only available during the standard operating hours of the HR Department, which are from 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be addressed during the next business day.

    3. **Confidentiality**: All information submitted through the HR 911 tool will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. HR will only share the details of the reported issue with individuals directly involved in the investigation and resolution process. There will be no disclosure of sensitive information to unauthorized parties.
