- Possess extremely positive and enthusiastic attitude, passion for and knowledge of the fitness industry.
- Loves Burn Boot Camp, Bleeds Blue, believes in Burn's core values, supports and lifts others, desires to empower our community.
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- High-energy, approachable and willing to go the extra mile; do the extra things.
- Qualified candidates must have proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional or similar type setting.
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service focused business preferred.
- Ability to create/display a positive sense of team, while influencing all staff to perform to a higher standard.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Have a high level of understanding and an active presence in social media.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to be punctual; being on time/early for work is critical.
CHILDWATCH
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a safe and fun environment for all children.
- Engage and interact with the children.
- Plan and execute various activities within Chldwatch.
- Make sure all parents are signing in/out. Have all new clients complete a childwatch liability waiver.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary environment throughout the gym.
- Notify the KBA of any childwatch issues (safety, child behavior issues, supply needs, coverage, etc).
- Special projects to be determined; assist Burn Ambassadors with various tasks as required.
