We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our instructors and other students, we ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule.
The first time a student misses an appointment or is late, we will make a note in your file. If the student is late after 15 minutes with no communication, the lesson will be forfeited.
All future missed or rescheduled appointments will incur a $25 fee.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least a 24 hour notice of your need to cancel or reschedule, we will credit your payment toward another session. However, if you do not cancel with at least a 2 hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
