  • Consent form with Safety Rules, Acknowledgement of Risk and Conditions of Participation below. The information below is important and must be read before signing or participating in any experience offered by Lea Marston Shooting Club Ltd.

    Failure to understand, agree to or comply with any of the rules or conditions of this agreement may result in the customer being prohibited from taking part in the Activities. 

    In such circumstances, a refund will NOT be offered and Lea Marston Shooting Club will not be liable for any customer compensation, or for consequential of other losses.

    • I am NOT prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968.

  • To be signed by all persons participating in activities. You must be 18 years plus to participate, or if under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who agrees to indemnify the company for any claim made by the participant or person acting as his/her guardian for the event. Any person using the facilities at Lea Marston Shooting Club or, equipment supplied by or, using their own equipment on the site, or parking, or storing personal items on or off the site, do so entirely at their own risk. And to this end the proprietors, members and staff of Lea Marston Shooting Club indemnify themselves against any claim made against them whatsoever including personal injury, theft and/or damage. It is only with agreement to the above that members of the public or members of the club will be allowed onto the premises/shooting ground and allowed to use the facilities.

    I understand that photographs may be taken whilst I am partaking in any of the activities on this site that may be used for promotional and training purposes. I will notify a member of staff in writing if I do not wish for photos of myself to be used. Any damage caused to equipment by misuse/mishandling/failing to operate as instructed/use without due care and attention will be chargeable. If/When the experience involves the use of motorised vehicles, any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment due to non-compliance to the above accepts that all damage, replacement or hire costs associated with an incident will be payable by the participant. 

    It is only with agreement to this disclaimer and waiver form that members of the public or members of the club will be allowed onto the premises/sporting ground and allowed to use the facilities.

    In the interest of safety, our instructors will NOT allow guests to participate if INCORRECT clothing is worn. Helmets MUST be worn for motorised experiences. This event DOES require a degree of physical effort.

    No guests will be under pressure to participate if they do not feel able to.  Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused access to equipment and refused participation in any experience.

    I, the participant, agree to wear the appropriate COVID-19 and/or Health and Safety PPE required by Lea Marston Shooting Club for the entirety of my experience(s).

    Please ensure YOU have read and understood the above and have signed below.

    I, the undersigned agree with the terms and conditions offered to me by Lea Marston Shooting Club and subsequently indemnify the club, proprietors and their staff against any claim.

    I confirm that I am NOT a person prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968.
