Parent Agreement / Consent

• My child will wear a helmet which fits snugly and squarely on my child’s head.
• My child will use a suitably sized bike (if not hired) and I will prepare my child’s bike for the lesson using the guidance on the website.
• I will ensure my child is dressed appropriately for the lesson and weather conditions (sports clothing) for health and safety reasons.
• The lessons will be delivered following Bikeability Covid19 guidelines.
• My child’s bike and equipment is their own responsibility and that CycleSafe will be not liable for any damage that occurs due to negligence.
• Learn to Ride is a step by step process to minimise incidents but CycleSafe can not be responsible for incidents due to my child suddenly losing balance or concentration during learning
