Feeding Information
We request that you bring your bunnies food, special treats, and any medications that they are currently taking or need. If your bunny prefers to use a water bowl, please bring their water bowl. We will provide water bottles with fresh water and hay every day*

Medications
We are happy to give your bunny their medications at no additional charge. Please list any medications your bunny will need / is currently taking along with dosages and how often they are given. Also, please list the reason the medication was prescribed.

Playtime
Your bunnies hutch will be comfortable and they'll have a large space to hop around and relax as they please. During the day we let the bunnies out to play in their own individual playpens! Your bunny will be monitored to make sure they are happy and healthy. They will also receive lots of attention, head rubs, and cuddles!

Please note: If your bunny prefers space and doesn't like to be touched or handled we also ensure that they have their own space.

Belongings

& Social Media Consent
If your bunny will be receiving medication during their stay, the medication must be in the original containers with instructions for administration.

1. Bunnies must be picked up between Bunnyland305 operating hours. Monday through Friday: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm. Saturday through Sunday: 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. Pick-ups and drop-offs are not available on holidays.

2. I understand and agree to hold Bunnyland305 harmless for conditions that often are unavoidable in boarding environments, including, but not limited to, weight loss or gain, upper respiratory infection, mites, or fleas.

3. If my bunny identified on this record should become ill, I request that Bunnyland305 provide all medical/surgical treatment it deems necessary. I acknowledge that in the event of my pet’s illness, the staff may not be able to contact me immediately. Nonetheless, they are authorized to initiate appropriate treatment until my emergency contact or I can be reached. I agree to pay all related expenses associated with the treatment of my pet until I am available to discuss further care and related fees with the attending veterinarian.

4. If I bring more than one bunny for boarding and they are boarding in the same hutch, I understand that Bunnyland305 reserves the right to separate my bunnies if problems arise for their safety

Payment
Full payment is required when your bunny arrives to the Bunnyland305 facility. Any additional late fees will be required on your bunnies' pick-up date. If your bunny was adopted from Bunnyland305, bunny boarding will cost $15 per day. If your bunny was not adopted from Bunnyland305, bunny boarding will cost $25 per day.

If a bunny is left in our care without contact from the owner or emergency carer within 7 days after the expected pick-up date, Bunnyland305 will consider the bunny to be abandoned. Bunnyland305 will then take the necessary steps towards finding the bunny a new home.

Cancellation Policy
If you make a reservation for your bunny to stay in our facility, you have 24 hours prior to the drop-off day to notify our staff of your cancellation. If you fail to notify us about your cancellation and do not show for your reservation, you will be charged a fee equal to one night of stay. If your bunny was adopted from Bunnyland305, one night will cost $15. If your bunny was not adopted from Bunnyland305, one night will cost $25.
