The DuPage Higher Education Service Council (DHESC) is a student-led, higher education collaboration with a mission to address DuPage community needs through service.

This form is separate from the Member Institution Form and is intended to be completed regarding the Faculty/Staff Representative. This information will be reviewed annually for accuracy.
