The DuPage Higher Education Service Council (DHESC) is a student-led, higher education collaboration with a mission to address DuPage community needs through service.

DHESC Member Institutions are dedicated to supporting their students as leaders of social change and use institutional assets and resources to serve DuPage community needs. This form is separate from the Faculty/Staff Representative Information Form and is to be completed regarding the institution. This information will be reviewed by the institution's Faculty/Staff Representative annually for accuracy.
