OPT-IN TO HOT LUNCH PROGRAM

Please indicate if you will be opting in to the Hot Lunch program for the 2021-2022 School Year. The cost for our Hot Lunch program is $950 for the school year. In order to receive lunch on the first day, a child needs to be opted in before Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 (as we have to give the numbers to the caterers by Thursday, September 2nd).
