Registration, Payment, and General Policy - Important Information

WHAT TO BRING / WEAR:

• A refillable labelled water bottle
• A packed lunch and/or morning tea snacks (even for our half day programs)
• Enclosed shoes such as boots, gumboots or sneakers (no toes visible please).

- A horse riding helmet if you have one (in case). No bike helmets permitted.

• A hat (preferably covering ears and neck - bucket hats or wide-brimmed hats preferred).
• Sunscreen
• Comfortable clothes that you are willing to get a bit dusty or sandy
• Rain coat / jacket / gumboots for cold or wet weather

*All payments must strictly be made within 1 week after confirming your spot or at least 1 week prior to attendance. Late payments will jeopardise your booking being held.*

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations incur a 100% total cost fee if cancelled by you with less than 2 weeks notice provided. Please appreciate that bookings are limited. In the event of floods, dangerous winds, dangerous thunderstorms/hail the camp will be cancelled with a full refund issued or booking rescheduled where possible. We can operate in moderate rain/wind – however, it would be unpleasant for humans and horses to endure extreme weather conditions all day.

You will be notified of any cancellations made by Growth Edges due to weather and refunded in full if applicable. Cancellations will not be refunded if you decide not to attend based on your own assessment of the weather.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Growth Edges during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Growth Edges, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Growth Edges and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to the said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Growth Edges including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including horse-related activities. Some of these injuries include but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, bruising, paralysis, or death. I assume and am responsible for all costs associated with ambulance call out in the event Growth Edges needs to call an ambulance to provide care for my child and allow Growth Edges to do so.

I, the undersigned, understand, acknowledge, and accept that: Horses can act in a sudden and unpredictable way, especially if frightened or hurt. There is a significant risk that serious injury or death may result from being around horses. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and I voluntarily participate at my own risk and assume sole responsibility for any injury, death or property damage I may suffer and waive any claim against Growth Edges, its shareholders, directors, agents, and employees arising from my participation in horse associated activities. I agree to always wear my own suitable enclosed footwear while at any premises Growth Edges is working from and agree that I am solely responsible for doing so. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this assumption of risk and waiver of liability agreement, fully understand its terms and sign it freely and voluntarily.

We use this data to maintain high quality service delivery and to deliver marketing and promotional materials to you. We use this database to store all your completed registration forms.
