24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Your reservations are very important to my success.
It is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or a $30 dollar charge will be applied to your next appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment at the last minute, I miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on the waiting list will not get the chance to get in for an appointment
If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we will need to reschedule (unless other wise instructed), due to the fact that it will interfere with the next client appointment scheduled.
Not happy with a product you purchased? A very lightly used product may be exchanged for an alternate product as soon as possible after using the product.
I understand if I would like something regarding my service that was not spoken about in the consultation tweaked after leaving my scheduled appointment, Tai will be pleased to accommodate me free of charge in most circumstances. For said complementary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.
Not Feeling Well Policy
If you are not feeling well; whether it be a slight cough, runny nose, fever, or body aches, you are kindly asked to reschedule your appointment. If you have been exposed to Covid and your appointment is coming up, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to 10 days after your original appointment. If your stylist gets sick, she will need to reschedule all other appointments, causing a disservice to all of the other clientele. Tai's Beauty Lounge will ensure to also take care of herself in order to provide a safe environment for you.
