    • 1.1 PMES Overview 

    • Welcome to SEDPI Coop's online Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES). May tatlong steps para maging associate member ng SEDPI Coop. Ito ang mga sumusunod:

      1. SEDPI Foundation Membership
      2. PMES attendance and completion (done online)
      3. Pay share capital and membership fee 

      Panoorin ang introduction video para malaman ang mga steps na dapat pagdaanan. 

    • 1.2 SEDPI Foundation Membership (IMPORTANT STEP, DO NOT MISS) 

    • Ang common bond of interest kung bakit nabuo ang SEDPI Coop ay nagmumula sa pagiging miyembro sa SEDPI Foundation, Inc. (SFI). Ito ay nakasaad sa registration ng SEDPI Coop sa Cooperative Development Authority. 

      Kaya kailangan munang maging miyembro ng SFI bago simulan ang SEDPI Coop PMES. Huwag mag-alala, libre ang pagiging member ng SFI. Kailangan lang na pumayag maging advocate ng financial literacy at socially responsible investments.

      Para maging miyembro ng SFI, kukunin ang inyong impormasyon sa pamamagitan ng pagregister sa SEDPI SRI online. You will be asked your first name, middle name, last name, and email address.

      You may skip this step, kung ikaw ay miyembro na ng SFI. 

    • 1.3 SEDPI Coop PMES 

    • Matapos ang registration gamit ang SEDPI SRI online para sa SEDPI Foundation, Inc. (SFI) membership, maari nang tumuloy sa PMES. Ang PMES ay maglalaman ng mga sumusunod: coop principles; SEDPI Coop vision and mission; membership; products and services; and plans.

      Susunod, may maikling quiz na kailangang maipasa para maging qualified as SEDPI coop associate member. Kapag pumasa, may matatanggap na SEDPI Coop PMES certificate of completion.

       

    • 1.4 Payment of share capital and membership fee 

    • Pagkatapos makuha ang PMES certificate, ang next step ay ang magbayad ng initial share capital bilang associate member at ang membership fee. Ang minimum share capital requirement ay PhP1,000 at ang membership fee ay PhP100. Ibibigay ang detalye kung paano magbayad sa susunod na bahagi ng ating online PMES.

      Automatic din na magkakaroon ng SEDPI Pitaka (SEDPI wallet) kung saan matatanggap ang mga payouts kapag magsimula nang mag-save at mag-invest.

    One of the principles of cooperative membership is to share in the risks and benefits its activities. As stated in the bylaws of SEDPI Coop, the common bond of interest is membership institutional through SEDPI Foundation, Inc. This is why membershp to the foundation is required to become an associate members. Regular members are limited to employees of Social Enterprise Development Partnerships, Inc and SEDPI Development Finance, Inc. 

    A share capital of SEDPI Coop is PhP1,000 and its vision is to be a sustainable cooperative for the empowerment of low income groups.

  • PMES Certificate, fees and share capital

    You will receive in your email your certificate after submitting this form. 

  • Ang membership fee ay PhP100 o PhP500 kung higit sa PhP100,000 ang investment sa SEDPI Coop. Ang share capital ay minimum ng PhP1,000. PhP1,000 bawat isang share. You may transfer using the following channels:

    1. GCash

    a. Go to Pay Bills
    b. Select loans in biller category
    c. Select SEDPI
    d. Place your full name in the account name
    e. In the account number, key in SEDPI + your SEDPI Member ID : First Name and Last name initials + 14 digit ID No. (SEDPIMT12345678900000)
    f. In payment for, type "membership fee and coop share"
    g. Place the amount you are transferring
    h. Place your email address 

    2. BDO Online banking

    a. Go to Pay Bills
    b. In "Pay this company/biller," choose billers not requiring enrollment
    c. Scroll down and choose SEDPI Development Finance Inc - PHP.
    d. Under remarks, place membership fee and share capital
    e. Place your name under subcriber name
    f. Under subscriber number, type SEDPI + your member ID: First Name and Last Name initials + 14 digit ID No. that can be found on your SRI dashboard Example: SEDPIMT12345678900000

    3. BPI Online banking

    a. Enroll SDFI as biller in your BPI online account via BPI website (not BPI app):
     
    i. Log in to BPI Online (website, not the app) and go to "Other Services."
    ii. Select "Manage Recipients."
    iii. Click on "Add new recipient" and Select Biller as the type of recipient.
    iv. Type SEDPI under biller and "SEDPI Development Finance, Inc. SDFI" should appear in the drop-down menu. Select this.
    v. Input your reference number which is the first letter of your first name and last name followed by a dash then the date today in this format YYMMDD. Example: VR-230104.
    vi. Click "Next" and then click "Confirm" to confirm the details of your enrollment.
    vii. You will receive your One-Time PIN (OTP) via your registered mobile phone in BPI. Enter the OTP then select "Submit." SEDPI/SDFI should already be enrolled as biller.

    b. If you already enrolled SDFI as a biller, follow the instructions below to remit to SDFI.

    i. Go to Payments/Load and select Pay Bills
    ii. Under Pay To, select SEDPI or SDFI as it appears in the website.
    iii. Under notes, write the relevant transaction ("membership fee and share capital" or "membership fee and coop share")
    iv. Click next. Review your transaction and then click confirm.

    4. ECPay

    For ECPay partners, inform the partner merchant that the biller is SEDPI under loans category in their system. ECPay partners include pawnshops, drugstores, groceries etc. - look for the ECPay logo in their premises.

    5. Maya

    a. Go to Pay Bills
    b. Select Loans
    c. Select SEDPI
    d. Input your account number which is the first letter of your first name and last name followed by a dash then the date today in this format YYMMDD. Example: VR-220804.
    e. Place your name under account name
    f. Click next. Review your transaction and then click pay.
    g. Input one-time password. Then confirm.

    6. SEDPI Wallet

    If you are an existing SEDPI KaSosyo, you may pay using the balance from your SEDPI Wallet.

    a. Login to SRI online https://vincerapisura.com/sri/login.
    b. On your dashboard, click REINVEST button
    c. Enter request date
    d. Enter amount 
    e. For "San mo gustong magreinvest", choose MEM if informing deposit of membership fee. Choose SEDPICOOP if informing deposit of share capital.
    f. Submit reinvestment once all fields are completed.
    g. If you want to submit reinvestment request, click “Yes, upload it!” when asked, “Submit reinvestment? Are you sure?”. Otherwise, click “Cancel”.
    h. You will see the message “Done! Your data has been saved. Please click View Account Again” when submission was successful. Click “Ok”. Click screen to go back to your dashboard.
    i. Click “View My Transactions” button. You should see your transaction under the category where you reinvested your funds.

    6. Bank deposit

    It takes manpower to trace bank deposits since bank statements do not reflect the depositors. The amount of deposits are usually the same and usually poses a challenge for our finance department to trace and vaidate transactions. For this, a PhP100 convenience fee will be charged to your account. The bank details are as follows:
