Home Occupation Permit Application

The purpose of the Home Occupation Permit is to create compatibility between the proposed business use and the land use zone where the proposed business is located. Home Occupations are limited to those uses, which may be conducted within a residential dwelling without substantially changing the appearance or condition of the residence or accessory structure. Home occupation permits require annual review and are only valid for one year. Please complete the following application to the best of your ability. The Home Occupaiton Annual Permit. Each year on the anniversary the permit must be refiled. Please pay by mailing a check made out to Town of Lincoln to the Town Office at 29 Main St. You may also pay in-person with an appointment by bringing cash, check, or credit card (2.5% fee added) to the Town Office.

Non-Planning Board Permit $50.00 Yearly

Planning Board Review $150.00 Initial then $50.00 Annually afterwards.
