Please be aware that it is a good idea to have at least one emergency care backup who is willing/able to come by the house at any time in the day to let workers assist in unexpected emergencies with either the property or pets.

If you have scheduled regular cleaning or property maintenance (either indoor or outdoor) please include company name or the name of the person who comes and what day you typically expect them. Also, please let me know if there is anything I need to do for them such as unlatching the fence gate, leaving a porch light on, etc.
